    Share your Gerber files, BOM, target quantity and assembly notes. If anything is missing or unclear, we’ll help you complete the production package.

    Engineering review

    We review the design for manufacturability, confirm component and process requirements, and resolve technical questions before production begins.

    Source & prepare

    We coordinate PCB and component sourcing, then prepare the panelisation, stencil, machine data and production line for your build.

    Assemble

    Your boards are precisely and carefully assembled using SMT or THT process, depending on requirements of your product.

    Test

    Each build is visually inspected, with firmware flashing and electrical or functional testing completed according to the agreed test procedure.
